NHA CUA CA AUTHENTIC THAI CUISINE is a distinguished restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, renowned for its authentic Thai cuisine, especially the Somtum Thai. Since its inception in January 2021, NHA CUA CA has served over 10,000 guests, providing a rich culinary experience that blends traditional Thai flavors with Vietnamese-inspired dishes.

PROJECT BRIEF

NHA CUA CA approached our design agency to redesign their menu, aiming to enhance their brand identity and improve the overall dining experience for their customers. The primary objectives were to create a visually appealing, user-friendly menu that reflects the restaurant’s authenticity and culinary excellence.

As part of NHA CUA CA’s continued growth, the team recognized the need for a refreshed menu that could better reflect their unique culinary story—one that blends bold, authentic Thai flavors with Vietnamese influences.

Our design approach focused on creating a visually engaging, easy-to-navigate menu that enhances both the dining experience and the brand identity. Inspired by Thai market aesthetics and regional ingredients, we introduced warm tones, hand-drawn accents, and layered textures to evoke a sense of familiarity and flavor. Hierarchy and readability were key—dish categories were clearly structured, with bilingual names, vibrant food imagery, and just the right amount of storytelling.
